YES!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Good news for the insolvent Hofmann Druck N\u00fcrnberg GmbH &amp; Co. KG: Our team was able to acquire a powerful strategic investor within five weeks. Zeitfracht GmbH, a logistics service provider from Thuringia, will take over the business operations and the almost 140 employees with effect from 1 July 2022. With the purchase, the company is expanding its portfolio to include digital printing services (LED UV printing and web offset printing). In the future, all print products &#8211; for example for the Zeitfracht brands Adler Modem\u00e4rkte or McTREK &#8211; will come from Nuremberg, thus ensuring capacity utilisation and growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our colleagues Michael Rabe, Hendrik Leigers and Anne Meinelt acted as exclusive financial advisors for the investor process and worked closely with PLUTA partners Torsten Gutmann and Patrick Meyerle from Hanover and Nuremberg as well as the management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Hofmann Druck has been in business since 1908 and offers high-quality printing options. It is known for its LED UV and web offset printing.<\/p><p><br>Zeitfracht GmbH &#8211; as a company of the Zeitfracht Group &#8211; is a logistics service provider for the book and media industry and is also active as a service provider for the complete fulfilment for brands from many other product areas. The company employs about 1,600 people at its locations in Erfurt and Stuttgart.
