For this reason, the Kreditanstalt f\u00fcr Wiederaufbau (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kfw.de\/kfw.de-2.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KfW<\/a>) has now launched a special programme to mitigate the effects.
