The non-insolvent holding company, owner of the four operating properties at the Westerstede, Rastede, Dinklage and Reinfeld locations, is supporting the investor process so that an overall solution can be sought for the 300 employees of the group of companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team will work closely with the provisional insolvency administrator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pluta.net\/en\/contact\/employee\/christian-kaufmann.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dr Christian Kaufmann<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pluta.net\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH<\/a> to find interested parties for the business operations and the operational real estate. Project management by our Oldenburg office will enable efficient management of the project and sustainable support of the mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The St\u00f6hr-Brot group is a family business that has been continued and developed over several generations.
