The management around <a href=\"https:\/\/vyble.io\/ueber-vyble\/\">Dr Alexander Tiedtke<\/a> remained operationally responsible and provided significant support to the investor process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Maintaining the business operations and all jobs was our priority,&#8221; explains Dr Alexander Tiedtke. &#8220;As a strategic extension of the Zalaris portfolio, we are paving the way into the German market. We are looking to a promising future.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a demanding time frame of four weeks, under the leadership of the M&amp;A team of WAYES GmbH &amp; Co. KG&#8217;s M&amp;A team, a mutually satisfactory investor solution was worked out for the HR software developer vyble AG.
