There is a new perspective for the business operations of Peter Petrusky Metallbau GmbH & Co. KG (PPM) has a new perspective. With effect from 1 January 2022, a company of Braunschweiger Industrie Holding GmbH (BIH) will take over the site in Bad Lauterberg, including the employees, as part of a transferring reorganisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With the acquisition of the tradition-rich trough producer, the BIH Group is strengthening its existing expertise in metal processing. PPM had been under the administration of the insolvency administrator Mr Torsten Gutmann, lawyer, since 3 June 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sale of the Polish subsidiary PET Sp. z o.o. was already completed on 1 December 2021. Our M&A team was able to win Felgenhauer Industrieleistungen GmbH as the buyer. All 170 jobs can continue to exist as part of the transaction. Felgenhauer Industrieleistungen GmbH is a company of the owner-managed Felgenhauer Group, which is already located in Jasie\u0144, Poland, with several production plants. It produces special constructions weighing up to 16 tonnes using welding processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
