Despite the lockdown \u00adand \u00adrestrictions on \u00adinternational \u00adtravel\u00ad, \u00adnumerous \u00adstrategic \u00adinvestors and financial investors \u00adfrom \u00adGermany, \u00adother\u00ad European \u00adcountries and \u00adAsia participated \u00adin \u00adthe \u00adstructured investor process. \u00adIn \u00adaddition to the \u00aduse of \u00advideo conferences, \u00adour \u00adinnovative \u00ad360-degree \u00advirtual \u00adtour of the company was \u00adalso \u00adused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Braunschweiger \u00adIndustrieholding \u00adGmbH is \u00adcontinuing the \u00adtraditional company \u00adSKODOCK. \u00adBoth locations will be \u00adretained and the \u00adoperational \u00adbusiness of the \u00admanufacturer of \u00admetal hoses\u00ad, \u00admetal bellows \u00adand \u00adexpansion joints \u00adwill \u00adcontinue\u00ad unchanged\u00ad. The new \u00admanagement will be \u00adtaken over by \u00adco-partner \u00adTimm Beutler\u00ad, who \u00adbrings with him \u00admany years of \u00adexperience from the \u00admanagement and development of \u00adseveral \u00admetal processing \u00adcompanies in and around Braunschweig\u00ad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00adThe \u00adquality of \u00adSKODOCK’s goods \u00adis to \u00adremain at the same \u00adhigh \u00adlevel as \u00adbefore\u00ad: “SKODOCK \u00adstands for \u00adquality even in \u00addemanding \u00adapplications. For \u00adexample, \u00adSKODOCK \u00adsupplies \u00adcompanies in \u00adplant engineering \u00adand \u00adaerospace technology \u00adwith \u00adparticularly \u00adhigh \u00addemands on \u00adproduct quality\u00ad. We \u00adwill invest in \u00adparticular in the \u00adfurther \u00adexpansion of \u00adquality assurance\u00ad processes,\u00ad” says Beutler\u00ad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00adTogether with the approximately 60 \u00ademployees of SKODOCK \u00adMetallwarenfabrik \u00adGmbH and the approximately 90 \u00ademployees of Elasteflex Lysice s.r.o., \u00adthe Braunschweig-based \u00adindustrial holding wants to \u00adsuccessfully \u00adshape \u00adthe \u00adfuture of the SKODOCK Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
