Acting late means, above all, securing liquidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This was the central theme of our webinar with Agicap on operational restructuring and smart liquidity management. The earlier a company acts, the greater the scope for sustainable operational measures. Later on, short-term cash management measures often become a prerequisite for gaining the time needed to implement structural improvements in the first place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operational restructuring is more than just cost-cutting. It combines cost optimisation with top-line, process and working capital measures to form a workable restructuring programme.
