After all, a strong workplace culture isn\u2019t built on individual measures, but through our day-to-day interactions: through open conversations, mutual support, honest feedback, shared successes and a commitment to being there for one another, even during busy periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special thanks go to our People &amp; Culture team \u2013 Olivia, Melanie, Mirja and Lavinia. With great dedication, sensitivity and a clear understanding of our colleagues\u2019 needs, you play a key role in shaping what makes WAYES stand out as an employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same time, People &amp; Culture at WAYES is not an isolated issue, but part of our shared responsibility.
