Buyers invest not only in figures, but also in security \u2013 and this security is created through structure, traceability and transparency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clean accounting, clear responsibilities and documented processes are not bureaucratic accessories, but a strategic competitive advantage. They show that the company is managed in a planned manner, that risks are controllable and that the organisation functions reliably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professionalisation means:<br>\u2013 Financial figures are regularly analysed and understood<br>\u2013 Operational processes are documented and standardised<br>\u2013 Responsibilities are clearly defined<br>\u2013 Reporting is transparent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Such structures not only reduce the risk for buyers, but also increase the attractiveness and thus the value of the company.
