We are pleased to announce the successful completion of a strategic M&A process: STRATIC will now become part of the ECHOLAC Group. Following successful restructuring under self-administration and approval by the creditors’ meeting, the acquisition has been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The restructuring was successfully carried out in close cooperation with Dr Oliver Liersch (PLUTA Rechtsanwalts GmbH) as general representative, the PLUTA team (G\u00fcnther Hahn, J\u00fcrgen Schendel) and the administrator Silvio H\u00f6fer (Anchor Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH). WAYES, led by Director Silvan Drasch, provided M&A advice and managed the sale process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This marks the beginning of a new chapter for STRATIC: as part of the ECHOLAC Group, the brand will gain access to global markets and technological resources \u2014 business operations will continue and all products will remain available in the online shop. The buyer will operate under the name STRATIC International GmbH in future. STRATIC’s management team will remain unchanged under the leadership of Axel Bree, and the majority of employees will stay on board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
