The Crisis Cup has become an integral part of our WAYES annual calendar in recent years. We were once again fully energised in 2025 – on the pitch, on the sidelines and as a team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the preliminary round, we came up against Brinkmann & Partner, M\u00fcnzel & B\u00f6hm, Netbid and SJPP, as well as the eventual tournament winners EY, all strong opponents who really challenged us on the pitch. Despite our full commitment, clever moves and strong team spirit, we were unable to qualify for the final round. In the end, we ended up in 8th place – certainly not the result we had hoped for. Nevertheless, we will take away a lot of shared experiences and a great deal of motivation for next year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We congratulate EY on winning this year’s tournament and the Eckert law firm on finishing as runners-up. Congratulations to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Crisis Cup is more than just a competition. It stands for cohesion, communication, commitment – and for the spirit that we also live in our daily project work. The encounters with other teams, the fair play on the pitch and the fun of playing together once again showed how strong our team dynamic really is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big thank you to the organisers from Latham Watkins and to all the players from L&W, Deloitte, BRL, Reimer Rechtsanw\u00e4lte and cheerleaders for this sporting highlight – we are already looking forward to next year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
