Silvan Drasch, who most recently played a key role in the further development of the M&A business at One Square Advisors, will join the Transaction division at WAYES on 1 April 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Continuing on its growth trajectory: WAYES is expanding its team and bringing another proven expert into the transaction division in Silvan Drasch. Silvan Drasch began his career at H\u00fcbner Schl\u00f6sser & Cie. before moving to Baker Tilly, where he worked for several years. Most recently, he was responsible for the further development of the M&A business at One Square Advisors – with a particular focus on distressed M&A and property transactions.
