Over the past few months, our values working group, consisting of Sebastian, Natalie, Ole, Rasmus, Melanie and Sebastian, has been working intensively on our WAYES values. Especially in times of strong growth, it is important to us that our values are not just words on paper, but that they create identity and guide our daily actions \ud83d\udca1<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But what exactly are corporate values?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are the principles that characterise the way we work together, guide our decisions and help us to steer in the same direction as a team. For us as a modern company, they are essential for shaping our culture, providing orientation and ensuring an authentic image both internally and externally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That’s why our big Values Day took place today in the Hamburg cargo hold. Our aim was not only to present the revised internal and external values, but to make them truly tangible – from within the team and for all of us as a common foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After an exciting and productive day, we are now winding down the evening with pizza in the office \ud83c\udf55<\/p>\n\n\n\n
