All 100 jobs were saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Together with the restructuring manager Sven Pursche (novaerion GmbH) and general representative Dr Philipp Grub (GRUB BRUGGER Partnerschaft von Rechtsanw\u00e4lten mbB) as well as a team led by Dr Hans Schenk and Boris Sakowski, the self-administration proceedings were carried out. Dr Alexander J\u00fcchser (LIESER Rechtsanw\u00e4lte Partnerschaft mbB) acted as administrator. Helge Hoffmann and Tobias Spreitzer (both bachert&amp;partner) supported the business planning during the self-administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Biovegan is the baking and cooking ingredients specialist for vegan organic products. The company has been an organic food manufacturer from the very beginning and has been pursuing the goal of helping people with food intolerances and enriching organic vegan cuisine since 1986.
