This is what you should enjoy:

• Being the right hand of our HR manager and assisting our team with all HR-related issues (forms, certifications, master data, trainings).

• Playing a leading role in recruiting new team members (from the first contact to administrative support in contracting, hiring and onboarding)

• Accompanying ongoing HR projects and contributing your own ideas and impulses

• HR digitisation – you will support the introduction of an HR tool and take over the set-up and ongoing maintenance of the tool.

What you should bring with you:

• You are a registered student in the field of economics or (economic) psychology and are in the higher semesters, preferably with a focus on human resources.

• Initial practical experience in human resource management is an advantage

• The drive to familiarise yourself with new areas, to question processes with a fresh eye and to bring your own touch to daily business.

• Qualities such as the ability to work in a team, independence, conscientiousness and above all integrity

• Good knowledge in the use of MS Office programmes, also with recruiting tools.
