Hamed Omumi: New partner at WAYES

Hamed Omumi becomes a partner at WAYES 🙌🏼 on 01/01/2025

Hamed has been part of our company for 11 years. After studying business informatics and starting his career as an internal auditor, he began his career at WAYES and progressed through all career stages from Junior Consultant to Associate Partner.

With his extensive experience, particularly in the areas of process management and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), Hamed has made a decisive contribution to the success of our mandates. Most recently, he was involved in the Alape transaction and the Lilium proceedings.

His strategic mindset, commitment and deep understanding of our clients’ challenges make him an important part of our team.

In his role as Partner, he will focus in particular on the further growth of WAYES in the Oldenburg/Bremen area as well as in North Rhine-Westphalia.
