Michael Rabe is an expert in the fields of transactions and restructuring. Before joining us, the Chartered Financial Analyst was, among other things, a senior manager and authorised signatory at PwC Advisory.

Bernd Janker is an expert in restructuring and transformation. Before founding comes (now WAYES) together with other partners, he was, among other things, an authorised signatory at KPMG with a focus on strategy, organisation and cost management, as well as Head of Corporate Restructuring at Baumgartner und Partner.

Heinz Baumann is an integral part of our insolvency team. While still working, he successfully completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.).

Bernhard Bieckmann works for us primarily in the area of restructuring. The auditor was previously a partner at PwC in Bremen for many years.

Jan Schönemann works in the areas of transformation and restructuring. Before joining WAYES, he was controller at Sprinkenhof GmbH (asset and project management for real estate). Through his five years of experience at Ernst & Young in auditing and restructuring, he brings in-depth expertise.

Sebastian Zolondek mainly advises clients in the area of transactions. Previously, he worked as a manager at Helbling Business Advisors GmbH and as a senior consultant at Ernst & Young.
